| RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATIONS | |
ULTRA-LUBE 250 is a general purpose processing additive for most polymers. It improves overall processing properties like flow, dispersion, surface appearance.
ULTRA-LUBE 250 works also very well as an internal release agent which prevents sticking of compounds to rolls and rotors
In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBE 250 leads to faster mold filling due to internal lubrification. An improved mold release agent can also be observed.
ULTRA-LUBE 250 has a chemical structure which does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. At recommended dosage levels there is little or no effect on physical properties.
