| RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATIONS | |
ULTRA-FLOW 600 is a very effective material for the physical peptisation of NR. It can be applied in mastication only, as well as in the pre-mastication phase of single stage mixing.
ULTRA-FLOW 600 is compatible with most types of elastomers, except for halogenated polymers.
ULTRA-FLOW 600, if applied at the recommended dosage, does not bloom from the vulcanisates.
It facilitates as a general purpose additive mixing and processing as well as improves the incorporation of compounding ingredients.
