| RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATIONS | |
ULTRA-FLOW 440 is a unique processing additive for application in natural and synthetic rubber. Due to its unique composition it provides excellent improvement of processing properties for a broad range of elastomers like EPDM NBR and NR.
ULTRA-FLOW 440 shows outstanding performance in extruded compounds, but also works well for transfer-and injection moulding.
ULTRA-FLOW 440 improves filler dispersion, in particular Silica and other mineral fillers.
ULTRA-FLOW 440 has an activating effect on curing and allows for reduced stearic acid levels.
ULTRA-FLOW 440 complies with FDA 177.2600 BGA XXI
