| APPLICATIONS | |
MA-P60 is a multifunctional processing additive. It works as a mild mastication agent in the early stage of NR compounding and subsequently assists filler dispersion and down line processing, like extrusion and mold flow.
Since the mastication effect is slower than those with common peptizing agents, fewer breaks down of polymer chains can be observed, resulting in better physical and dynamic properties. Since it is being used in master batch mixing, the optimum temperature of 125 °C can be reached easily.
