| APPLICATIONS | |
MA-L22 is a processing aid that improves incorporation of filler and release of most rubber compounds. Due to its low volatility, MA-L22 can be used in high temperature cure.
MA-L22 shows good plasticizing properties, which leads to reduction of injection pressure in the mould filling process and prevents scorch.
MA-L22 is highly effective in polar compounds, e.g. NBR, HNBR, to improve flow and release. It can be used at very low dosage.
